What we offer municipalities

Veolia Water has contracts with 5000 municipalities around the world, to whom we are responsible for operating and maintaining the water and sewage operations. Our commitment will vary from municipality to municipality. To one part, we are responsible for operation and maintenance, while others want a solution which also includes that we develop, build and finance facilities.

The contracts we have with the municipalities based on partnerships. The municipality retains ownership and control of the operation and the goals, which we undertake to comply. Some advantages of this solution is that the municipality will minimize risks and avoid the daily worries. Instead, they focus on long-term development.
