Municipal partners

We are Norrtälje Municipality's partner for water treatment.

In Norrtälje Municipality live about 55 000 people. During the summer and on weekends, the number are up to 200 000. The municipality consists of one city, two major communities and about 15 smaller towns in an area of 2000 km2. There are about 27 000 second homes in the municipality.

Since 2002 is Norrtälje using us for operation and maintenance of their water and sewage facilities (water supply and sewage treatment) and for customer service. We also act as support and advise to the municipality, in the design of facilities and the renewal and investment. The facilities consists of 19 sewage treatment plants, 13 water works, pumping stations and 80 750 km grids.

The partnership agreement, we pledge ourselves to work towards clear objectives with a focus on service quality and financial management. The court decisions on important strategic issues remain with the municipality of Norrtälje, such as water pricing and financing of investment and renewal.
